Voice Process Executives

Youll be part of a motivated and multicultural team working to enhance Echo’s reputation for service excellence across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  inbound and outbound voice calls

  to resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Deliver

  exceptional customer service

  with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
• Record accurate details of every customer interaction in CRM systems.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team

  KPIs

• Communicate effectively with international clients across

  multiple time zones

  .
• Identify opportunities for

  process improvement

  and support operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

Experience & Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years

  of experience in

  international voice process

  (UK, US, or Australian shift exposure mandatory).
• Experience in

  utility, energy, or water industry

  processes preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Communications, English, or Customer Service).
  

Preferred / Good to Have

• Prior experience supporting

  utility sector clients

  (water, power, or energy).
• Familiarity with

  CRM platforms

  and

  call management systems

  .
• Adaptability to

  new technologies

  and evolving client requirements.
