Your role involves learning and growing in networking and desktop engineering, with a focus on troubleshooting, network support, and problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers to maintain IT infrastructure, assist in network configuration, and resolve desktop hardware and software issues. It is essential to have a foundational understanding of networking principles and certifications like CCNA, N+, and A+. Prepare to work in flexible shifts, including rotating day and night shifts, in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the RM Designation Thirunavukkarasu, your responsibilities include documenting IT processes, ensuring policy compliance, providing end-user support and training, monitoring system performance, and participating in on-call support rotation. Desired qualifications include CCNA, N+, and A+ certifications, knowledge in networking, willingness to work in flexible shifts, previous experience in a similar role, and strong problem-solving skills. Shifts are flexible with rotating day and night shifts, and the week off is rotational.
