Role & responsibilities

We are looking for candidates who are customer focused ,with strong communication skills .
Should be able to convince the customer .
understand the queries and respond with patience and professionalism .
Strong comprehension and excellent communication needed .
Strong problem solving skills with logical and analytical mindset .
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each customer interaction .

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers with really good communication skills .
experience in bpo/bpm voice process preferred.
Should be able to work in night / rotational shifts .
Ability to handle the customers .
