Job Description

Role & responsibilities Collaborate with NH and BAU advisors to reduce MTI and address grammatical issues. Conduct soft skills and customer experience training sessions as needed for NH and BAU advisors. Measure training efficacy through pre- and post-assessments to track communication skill improvements. Use customer feedback to evaluate CSAT/customer experience sessions efficacy. Leverage QA Monform parameters to assess communication skills; if unavailable, integrate relevant metrics into campaigns with internal quality auditors. Analyze DSAT calls and design targeted intervention sessions to drive performance improvement. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for content creation, reporting, and data analysis. Strong presentation skills required for final in-office presentation round (following a virtual PI round, if applicable).
