Job Description

Assisting project teams to develop and review of financial models for purposes including strategic planning; feasibility study, capital allocation, transaction support, mergers and acquisitions; investment appraisal; financial accounting and reporting purposes. Have an eye for detail to assess the model for its accuracy, viz, arithmetical, and logical flow of items in the model and raising the review observations to ensure quality. Handling client queries with respect to the engagement handed by a professional, be equipped to resolve client queries and setting the right expectations, be trained to perform high level analytical reviews. Under guidance, you identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed. You participate in engagement management, engagement execution and reporting, and client relationship building and management. You demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members. You will use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided. To qualify for the role, you must have Thorough understanding of corporate finance, capital budgeting, mergers and acquisitions Strong analytical skills Knowledge of Accounting standards (IFRS) Advanced MS Excel Skills Good understanding of capital markets is preferred Strong Excel Knowledge with preferred experience in Macros Good interpersonal and client handling skills with the required aggression in a fast-paced competing environment. Graduates in any discipline with Post-Graduation in MBA/MS in Finance /CFA Strong Excel Knowledge with preferred experience in Macros 1 - 3 years relevant experience in Financial Modelling with experience in model builds. Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines. Willingness to learn, proactivity, openness to work in a multicultural environment.
