Visual Merchandiser

The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating attractive, customer-centric jewellery displays that drive sales and reflect the brand’s image. The role involves planning, designing, and executing in-store and window displays that highlight product aesthetics, enhance customer experience, and align with promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative window and in-store displays to attract customers.
• Ensure jewellery displays are aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Regularly update displays based on stock availability, promotions, and new launches.
• Collaborate with store managers, marketing, and sales teams for campaign execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards for cleanliness, lighting, and display aesthetics.
• Monitor customer engagement with displays and suggest improvements.
• Source and manage display props, mannequins, lighting, and décor.
• Train sales staff on basic display maintenance and VM standards.
• Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on jewellery visual merchandising trends.
• Ensure displays highlight product features such as craftsmanship, uniqueness, and design.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Fashion, Retail, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the jewellery/luxury retail sector.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of materials, props, and lighting for jewellery displays.
• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stores if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
