Role Description:-

Create compelling in-store and window displays that elevate our jewellery collections, drive footfall, and convert browsers into buyers. You'll translate brand storytelling into visual standards across stores, balancing aesthetics with commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:-

• VM strategy & guidelines

• Develop seasonal VM guidelines, planograms, and display principles specific to fine jewellery (metal/stone type, price tiers, occasion).
• Define product density, focal pieces, and hero stories per store format (flagship, boutique, shop-in-shop, kiosk).

• Windows, displays & in-store experience

• Design and install windows, vitrines, busts, trays, risers, and signage; ensure lighting and mirrors enhance brilliance and colour.
• Curate looks (e.g., bridal, everyday luxury, gifting) and create cross-sell adjacencies (rings + bands + bracelets).
• Maintain premium standards for security-compliant props and lockable fixtures.

• Campaign execution

• Localize global toolkits, produce VM packs, and coordinate rollouts (launch calendars, delivery, and install).
• Partner with Marketing for POS, storytelling, and QR/interactive elements.

• Commercial merchandising

• Use sell-through, ATV, attachment rate, and conversion data to reflow displays and prioritize high-margin/slow-moving SKUs.
• Implement markdown, new-in, and limited-edition zoning with clear signing.

• Store readiness & audits

• Conduct routine VM walks (virtual and on-site), share action plans/photo reports, and track compliance scores.
• Manage VM maintenance: cleanliness of vitrines, fabric pads, neck forms, and anti-tarnish protocols.

• Training & collaboration

• Train store teams on VM standards, product care, and daily refresh routines.
• Work cross-functionally with Retail Ops, Buying, Marketing, and Security/Facilities.

• Production & vendors

• Brief, source, and quality-check props, fixtures, graphics, and packaging displays; manage budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:-

• 25+ years visual merchandising experience in premium/luxury retail; #

  Jewellery

  segment.
• Strong understanding of fine jewellery presentation (metal finishes, gemstone colour, ring sizing, security constraints).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) and basic 3D or planogram tools (e.g., SketchUp).
• Portfolio showcasing windows, vitrines, and in-store storytelling.

Skills & Attributes:-

• Elevated aesthetic judgment with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent spatial planning, composition, and lighting awareness.
• Hands-on, detail-obsessed, organized; calm under tight timelines.
• Clear communicator; able to train and influence store teams.
• Comfort with manual tasks.

KPIs & Success metrics:-

• VM compliance score and audit pass rate.
• Store conversion, ATV, UPT/attachment rate (e.g., earrings + necklace).
• Sell-through of campaign and hero SKUs; days to full implementation.
• Traffic uplift after window changes; dwell time where measured.
• Shrink/security incidents related to displays (target: zero).
• Training completion and store feedback/NPS for VM support.
• Field travel to stores during installs and peak seasons (launches, festivals, holidays).
