Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in visual merchandising and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and product presentation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing appealing in-store displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching product displays and visually appealing layouts in-store.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual merchandising elements.
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure displays are updated regularly.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual displays in increasing footfall and sales.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, seasonal themes, and competitor displays.
• Assist with store events, new launches, and promotional activities.
• Ensure merchandise is presented neatly and attractively at all times.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
• Creativity with a strong sense of design, color, and style.
• Good understanding of retail merchandising and layout techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Flexible to work part-time or full-time as per business needs.
