Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our fast-growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. You will be responsible for calling potential and existing customers, promoting our products, assisting with orders, and driving sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and offers
• Handle inbound inquiries and assist customers with placing orders
• Communicate product information, pricing, and delivery options
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales and upsell where possible
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and customer interactions in CRM
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or eCommerce sales is preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and working in a target-driven environment
• Good computer skills; experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus
• High school diploma required; a degree in business or marketing is an advantage
