Role Description:

Visual Merchandiser

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement

  visual merchandising strategies

  to enhance brand visibility and drive sell-through across all offline retail formats (EBOs, shop-in-shops, and pop-ups).
• Plan and execute

  store layouts, window displays, product zoning, and seasonal themes

  in alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Create

  planograms, VM guidelines, and display standards

  to ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
• Collaborate with

  Retail Operations, Brand, and Marketing

  teams to synchronize visual presentations with promotional activities.
• Supervise

  store set-ups, fixture placements, and display installations

  to maintain the brand’s aesthetic and functional integrity.
• Conduct

  regular store audits and training

  for store teams to uphold VM standards.
• Liaise with

  vendors, fabricators, and printers

  for display production and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Track

  VM budgets, timelines, and inventory of props and fixtures.

• Analyze

  store performance and customer response

  to refine visual strategies and improve store experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Visual Merchandising, Design, Retail Management

  , or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience

  in visual merchandising for lifestyle, fashion, or design-led retail brands.
• Strong understanding of

  store layout planning, product presentation, and material detailing.

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  or equivalent design tools.
• Excellent sense of

  aesthetics, color, lighting, and spatial arrangement.

• Strong

  project management and execution

  skills with an eye for detail.
• Willingness to

  travel across store locations

  for setup and audits.
