About the Role:

Visual Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design:
Create high-quality, visually appealing interfaces for web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
User Experience Collaboration:
Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate concepts into intuitive visual experiences.
Design Systems & Guidelines:
Contribute to and maintain visual design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.
Prototyping & Motion Design:
Develop interactive prototypes, animations, and motion graphics to enhance user engagement.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all visual experiences align with the companys brand identity and design standards.
Emerging Visual Technologies:
Explore innovative visual technologies like AR, VR, and AI-driven interfaces.
User Testing & Feedback:
Conduct visual testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related field.
Experience designing for
AR/VR, AI interfaces, or immersive digital experiences
.
Familiarity with
design systems, scalable UI components, and motion design frameworks
.
Prior experience in
digital product design or creative agencies
.
