Visual Designer

As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will be responsible for approaching problem-solving with a user-centered perspective using Design Thinking methodology. Your role will involve interpreting user research data, identifying patterns, and creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. Additionally, you will design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces (UI) that meet user expectations through Interaction Design principles. You will conduct usability tests to pinpoint issues and opportunities for enhancing the user experience. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in effectively conveying design ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. An understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout will be essential for creating compelling designs. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools is a must-have technical skill for this position. Additionally, problem-solving skills, multi-tasking abilities, and time management skills will help you tackle user interface challenges efficiently. An analytical mind with business acumen, the capability to work independently and in teams, as well as attention to detail and mastery of information design, are good-to-have skills for this role. With at least 8 years of experience in UX design, you will be based in Bangalore, where you will leverage your expertise to enhance user experiences and contribute to the success of the organization.,
