Job Title: Visual Designer Location: [Pune] Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers Welcome) About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and creative Visual Designer to join our growing team. If you have a good eye for detail, love solving problems visually, and are eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating visual assets for digital platforms (social media, websites, presentations, etc.) Support UI/UX design tasks like wireframes, mockups, and user flows under guidance Collaborate with Team Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas Take feedback positively and iterate designs accordingly Requirements A degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or related fields Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva Basic understanding of design principles: typography, color, layout A strong portfolio of academic or personal projects (PDF or online) Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow Good communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have (Optional) Knowledge of video editing tools or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Exposure to UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch What We Offer Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced designers Opportunity to work on real-world projects from Day 1 Friendly and collaborative team culture Career growth and skill development opportunities
