Role Overview: As a Compliance Documentation Associate at our dynamic software development company, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and organizing compliance-related documentation. Your role will involve working closely with teams from engineering, security, operations, and HR to ensure alignment with international compliance standards such as ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks. This position is ideal for enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to gain a strong foundation in compliance, governance, and IT documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, edit, and maintain compliance documentation in accordance with ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather and structure information professionally. - Develop and update policies, procedures, standards, and audit checklists. - Assist in internal and external audits by providing well-organized documentation. - Manage version control of documents and ensure timely updates in repositories. - Gain hands-on experience in applying compliance concepts through real project exposure. Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills focusing on clarity and precision. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Basic understanding of compliance concepts, IT processes, or information security is advantageous (training provided). - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Confluence, Notion, or internal wiki platforms is a bonus. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced software development environment.
