Visual Designer

The role of Visual Designer at our company requires a passionate and detail-oriented professional with 4-6 years of experience to join our creative team based in Noida Sector 62. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience across our digital products on web and mobile platforms. Your work will be instrumental in shaping intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Your key responsibilities will include translating product requirements and user insights into high-quality visual designs, developing UI mockups and high-fidelity designs using Figma, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design execution. You will also be involved in building and maintaining scalable design systems, conducting user research and usability testing, and advocating for accessibility best practices in all design outputs. To be successful in this role, you should have 4-6 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer or UI Designer, proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, and a strong understanding of layout and composition in digital design. Additionally, you should possess effective communication skills, experience working in cross-functional teams, and the ability to balance creativity with business needs and user goals.
