  Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in

  e-commerce, retail, or digital merchandising

• Strong portfolio demonstrating

  systematic thinking, scalable design solutions, and business impact

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• E-commerce or retail merchandising design experience
• Experience delivering scalable, high-impact design solutions
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, and emerging creative technologies
