Someone who can turn static screens into living, breathing experiences — using visuals, transitions, and motion to bring personality to the Frnd brand.

define and evolve FRND’s visual identity

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve Frnd’s

  visual and illustration library

  — ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
• Craft

  stunning motion designs, animations, and micro-interactions

  that bring life to our UI and stories.
• Collaborate with product designers to define

  visual hierarchies, transitions, and interaction patterns.

• Contribute to and expand our

  design system

  with motion and visual components.
• Stay ahead of trends in animation, visual design, and storytelling — and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in

  visual design, motion design, or animation.

• A strong portfolio showcasing

  motion graphics, illustrations, and storytelling through design.

• Mastery in tools like

  After Effects, Figma, Lottie, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Understanding of

  motion principles, timing, and easing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience designing for

  mobile apps or interactive digital products.
