Role Overview

As a Visual Communication Designer specializing in 3D, you will play a critical role in elevating Praan’s brand and product storytelling through immersive, visually compelling 3D content. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to create photorealistic models, animations, and interactive visuals that communicate our vision and technology effectively to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models, animations, and visualizations aligned with Praan’s brand and product messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute visual assets for campaigns, presentations, websites, and social media.
• Create photorealistic renderings and animations that showcase Praan’s technology and impact stories.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling.
• Manage and maintain project assets, ensuring organized files and version control.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in 3D visual design and communication.
• Support other visual communication needs including graphic design, motion graphics, and infographics as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Designer or Visual Communication Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing 3D work.
• Proficient in 3D software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, or equivalent.
• Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, or similar for photorealistic outputs.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present creative ideas and concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with interactive or augmented reality (AR) visualizations.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics production.
