About the Role :

Key Responsibilities

Application & Backend Development :

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend systems and applications using Python.
• Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend architectures.
  

Database Management

• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Write optimized queries, schemas, and manage data migrations.
• Ensure database performance, security, and integrity.
  

API Development & Integration

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external applications.
• Ensure smooth integration with third-party services and internal systems.
  

System Architecture & Optimization

• Participate in system architecture discussions and propose efficient solutions.
• Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Implement best practices in security, error handling, and & Project Execution :
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, product, and operations.
• Understand project requirements, estimate effort, and deliver within deadlines.
• Manage version control and development workflows using Git.
  

Automation & Tools

• Build automation scripts and tools to support internal operations.
• Develop data-processing pipelines, integrations, and automation modules when required.
  

Required Skills & Expertise

Technical Skills :

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of databasesMySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and backend best practices.
• Familiarity with Git, Linux environments, and server deployment.
• Experience with Celery, Redis, Docker, or cloud services (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer (mandatory).
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Exposure to automation, data processing, or API-driven systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced IT/BPO or tech-driven environments
