Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused Visa Application Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete visa process for students applying to study in countries such as the USA, Canada, Dubai, Australia, USA, and Europe [etc.]. You will act as a key advisor and coordinator, ensuring every student receives accurate guidance, timely submissions, and a smooth visa experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the end-to-end student visa application process, including documentation, form filling, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Provide personalized guidance to students and their families on visa requirements, timelines, and country-specific regulations.
• Review and validate all supporting documents for completeness and accuracy, including financials, SOPs, CAS/I-20s, admission letters, and more.
• Coordinate with internal counselors, university representatives, and visa officers as needed to resolve queries and ensure timely application submissions.
• Track and manage multiple applications using internal systems while maintaining strict data confidentiality.
• Keep up to date with evolving visa regulations, embassy guidelines, and immigration policy changes for key student destinations.
• Offer post-visa support including travel checklists, pre-departure briefings, and initial settlement guidance.
• Support the team in building visa resources, templates, and FAQs to streamline and standardize service delivery.
• Handle escalations and provide guidance for visa refusals and reapplications.

Requirements Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, International Relations, or Business).

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in student visa processing or international education consulting.
• Hands-on experience with visas for USA, Canada, Dubai, Australia, UK, or Europe is highly desirable.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of country-specific student visa processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Empathetic and student-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or visa processing software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
