Job Title:Accounts Executive Location: Rajkot Department:Accounts & Finance Reporting To: Accounts and Finance Head Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced 2 **Accounts Executive** to manage both **personal and company accounts**. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of **share market accounting**, **finalization of accounts**, and hands-on experience with **Accounts Payable/Receivable**, **GST**, and **TCS** compliance. --- ### **Key Responsibilities:** #### **1. Personal Accounts (including Share Market Accounts):** * Maintain and manage personal accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. * Record and reconcile all share market transactions including buying/selling of shares, dividends, capital gains/losses. * Handle portfolio valuation, demat account reconciliations, and broker statements. * Finalize personal accounts at periodic intervals for audit and tax filing. #### **2. Company Accounts:** * Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable and receivable. * Prepare and process vendor invoices, customer bills, and receipts. * Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from clients. * Prepare GST returns, handle input credit reconciliation, and ensure timely filing. * Calculate and manage TCS deductions and compliance. * Assist in finalization of company accounts, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations. * Coordinate with auditors and consultants as required. --- ### **Qualifications & Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, etc.) * Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting. * Strong understanding of **share market accounting**, **GST**, **TCS**, and **finalization procedures**. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. --- ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with personal portfolios and financial management. * Knowledge of Income Tax filing related to both individuals and companies. * Exposure to audit processes and compliance frameworks. --- **Salary:** [As per industry standards / Negotiable] ### **Working Hours: 9:55 AM to 8:25 PM ### **Job Type:** Full-time / On-site --- Interested Candidate mau share your resume on account@besttourstravels.com 9106307405
