Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa Processing Specialist to handle end-to-end visa application procedures for our clients. The role involves guiding applicants through documentation requirements, ensuring compliance with embassy rules, and facilitating smooth visa approvals. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international visa processing and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with visa application processes, including documentation and form filling.
• Provide accurate and updated information on visa requirements, embassy/consulate procedures, and processing timelines.
• Review and verify all documents to minimize errors and rejections.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for submissions.
• Handle multiple categories of visas such as tourist, business, student, and work visas.
• Track application status and proactively update clients.
• Stay informed on changes in visa rules, regulations, and immigration policies.
• Ensure client data confidentiality and maintain high service standards.
• Support junior staff with training and process knowledge when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
