Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international and domestic flight bookings using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo)
• Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets as per customer requests
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for fare rules, waiver requests, or special requirements
• Maintain accuracy while working with multiple PNRs and fare calculations
• Resolve customer queries related to flights, fares, baggage rules, and cancellations
• Ensure ticketing and documentation is completed in a timely and error-free manner
• Maintain customer and travel agent relationships with prompt communication and service
• Work closely with senior consultants and sales staff to support the overall booking process
• Keep up to date with airline policies, fare changes, and travel advisories

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Rotational shift

Experience:

• Reservation & Ticketing : 1 year (Required)
