Job Purpose: This role focuses on handling travel arrangements, international ticketing, Hotel booking and maintaining high-quality service standards for our growing corporate clientele.
Key Tasks/Activities/Roles:
· Manage travel bookings, including flights ensuring compliance with client preferences and policies.
· Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets while providing real-time updates on travel schedules.
· Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, resolving inquiries and delivering personalized solutions.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure all bookings adhere to policies and regulations.

Functional Skillset:
1. Experience in travel and ticketing, preferably with corporate clients.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of industry tools and compliance standards.
Education:
1. Graduate or diploma in travel and tourism management
Experience:
1. 3 to 4 Years of experience in similar field
