Job Description: Ticketing & Holiday Packages Executive

Location:

Jagadhri, Haryana

Position: Ticketing & Holiday Packages Executive
Experience Required: 2+ years (preferred)
Salary: Depends upon experience
Note: Salary will be discussed based on candidate’s skills and prior experience.

Job Responsibilities

Handle ticket booking for flights, trains, and buses for customers.
Assist clients in planning and booking holiday packages and tours.
Provide timely information about travel options, fares, and schedules.
Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, and transportation providers.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and confirmations.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Promote holiday packages and travel deals to potential clients.
Assist in marketing and selling special travel packages and offers.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of travel booking systems and ticketing procedures.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, booking portals).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of popular travel destinations and holiday packages is a plus.

Qualification

Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 2+ years in ticketing, travel, or holiday package management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,565.44 - ₹26,082.28 per month

Work Location: In person
