Visa / Immigration Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Tele-Counsellor to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling prospective clients/students/customers, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring successful conversions. The Tele-Counsellor will act as the first point of contact, creating a positive impression and maintaining long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective leads and respond to inbound inquiries. Counsel clients/students/customers on services, courses, or programs offered. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant guidance or solutions. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/software. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and closures. Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with the sales/admissions/operations team for smooth process handling. Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and address concerns professionally. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication skills. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and counseling ability. Active listening skills with empathy and patience. Confidence in handling calls and converting leads. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum secondary education / Undergraduate (any stream). Prior experience in tele-counseling, tele-calling, customer service, or sales preferred. Candidates with good communication skills may apply.
