The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in immigration laws and procedures, provide accurate advice, and ensure all documentation is submitted correctly and on time. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding visa types, eligibility, and documentation Assist clients in completing visa application forms and gathering required documents Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws and visa requirements for different countries Submit and track visa applications with consulates or embassies Maintain proper records of each client’s documentation and communication Follow up with clients for missing information or updates Prepare clients for visa interviews and provide mock sessions if required Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal and financial information Achieve monthly targets related to visa approvals and client satisfaction Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Travel, Hospitality, or Law) 06 months–3 years of experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar immigration/travel-related role Strong knowledge of visa processes for countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen nations, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively Multilingual ability is a plus Preferred: Certification in Immigration Consulting or Travel & Tourism Customer service experience Benefits: Fixed salary + performance incentives Professional training and development Friendly and collaborative work environment
