Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for consulting clients on immigration and visa processes, providing expert advice, and guiding them through the application journey. Daily tasks include evaluating client needs, preparing and reviewing required documentation, handling immigration or visa-related issues, and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Collaborative work with team members and staying updated on global immigration policies will also form key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in immigration processes and visa procedures
• Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess and address client needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear, professional guidance
• Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations across Canada, Australia, and other major global destinations
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant industry certifications (e.g., CICC or MARA credentials are advantageous)
• Prior experience in the immigration or consultancy industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle complex cases sensitively and effectively
