Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Consultant, based in Ludhiana. The Visa Consultant will provide guidance and assistance to clients navigating the visa application process. Responsibilities include assessing eligibility for various visa categories, preparing necessary documentation, updating clients on application progress, and ensuring compliance with visa processes and regulations. Moreover, the Visa Consultant will liaise with immigration authorities and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of visa procedures, application processes, and immigration regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in documentation verification, record management, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to offer effective solutions for complex cases
• Organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with operating software tools related to visa applications and office procedures
• Flexibility to adapt to regulatory updates and industry changes
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and prior experience in visa consultancy or related domains, which is strongly preferred
