Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor located in Ludhiana. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, handling individual and group counseling sessions, assisting students in developing educational and career goals, and addressing personal or social issues that may affect their academic performance. The role also includes coordinating with teachers, parents, and other staff to monitor student progress and wellbeing. Qualifications Skills in individual and group counseling, empathetic listening, and problem-solving Experience in educational and career guidance, goal setting, and action planning Ability to address personal, social, and academic issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Related certifications and prior experience in counseling roles are a plus Show more Show less
