• Application Management: Reviewing and processing visa applications, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
• Client Communication: Guiding applicants, providing updates, informing them of missing documents, and answering queries.
• Verification & Integrity: Conducting document verification, performing integrity checks, and potentially carrying out investigations.
• Decision Making: Assessing applications and making final decisions on approvals or rejections based on laws.
• Compliance: Staying current with immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and ensuring adherence.
• Coordination: Liaising with embassies, consulates, and other internal teams or stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in visa processing, immigration services, or related fields.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with immigration laws, visa types (e.g., PR, student, work), and relevant software.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication customer service, analytical thinking, and decision-making.
