Job Title: Senior Visa Executive

Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi – 110052

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Visa Executive to handle end-to-end visa processing for multiple countries. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation knowledge, embassy procedures expertise, and excellent client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete visa processing for countries such as USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia, and others

Assess client profiles and provide accurate visa guidance

Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications and supporting documents

Schedule embassy/consulate appointments and biometrics

Coordinate with embassies, VFS, and clients for smooth processing

Track application status and follow up until final decision

Handle refusals, reapplications, and case escalations professionally

Maintain proper records and documentation as per company policy

Guide junior visa executives when required

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Visa Executive (Travel/Visa Consultancy)

Strong knowledge of visa documentation and embassy procedures

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Proficient in MS Office and visa portals

Honest, detail-oriented, and professional attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in a visa consultancy or travel company

Exposure to multiple country visas

Stable work history
