You won’t just be managing calendars and inboxes - you’ll be the right hand that keeps our digital world running smoothly. What You'll Do Manage email correspondence like a pro—sort, respond, flag, follow-up Own scheduling: meetings, calls, reminders, and the occasional surprise birthday Zoom Create reports and organize digital files like a minimalist on a mission Handle client communications with clarity, confidence, and warmth Take initiative to spot what needs doing before it’s even asked Conduct light research to support business decision.  Have experience supporting founders or small teams Can write clear, engaging content (emails, docs, even social posts!) Know the difference between “urgent” and “important” Have a creative or tech background (design, automation, or systems are a plus!)
