1. Buyer – Indirect Procurement (Plant Services & Compliance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute procurement for plant-level services: manpower contracts, canteen operations, transportation, event management.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, minimum wages) and audit readiness.
• Manage RFQs/RFPs, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and SLA adherence.
• Negotiate contracts and conduct cost analysis for competitive pricing.
• Prepare spend reports and compliance dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Hospitality or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in Indirect Procurement or Plant Services.
• Familiarity with SAP/Ariba and strong negotiation skills.

2. Buyer – Indirect Procurement (Corporate Services, Marketing & Events)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement for marketing campaigns, branding, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate travel and event management for corporate initiatives.
• Execute procurement for corporate services: telecom, manpower, facility management.
• Negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and maintain vendor performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in Indirect Procurement with exposure to marketing procurement.
• Familiarity with SAP/Ariba and event/travel platforms.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately and those with strong experience in General Administration who are keen to transition into a procurement role.
