Job Title: Virtual Sales Specialists

Job Summary

We are hiring confident and skilled Virtual Sales Specialists to conduct virtual product demos, engage prospects, answer queries, and support the sales team in converting leads into qualified business opportunities.
This role is the first point of communication during online meetings and requires strong presentation skills, product understanding, and a sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Meetings & Product Demonstrations

  • Host engaging and professional online presentations/demos.
  • Understand the client's needs and customize demo flow accordingly.
  • Explain product features, benefit, and use cases clearly.
  • Handle questions, objections, and pricing queries confidently.
  • Build rapport and trust with potential clients.

2. Sales Support & Lead Qualification

  • Work closely with the sales team to define next steps after each meeting.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-up documents.
  • Follow up with prospects post-demo to convert interest into action.
  • Identify high-potential prospects and share insights with managers.

3. Communication & Documentation

  • Prepare demo scripts, presentations, and pre-sales documents.
  • Maintain detailed notes for every meeting.
  • Share structured meeting summaries with the internal team.
  • Create/update FAQs, email templates, and product explanation materials.

4. Coordination & Meeting Management

  • Schedule and manage online meetings with prospects.
  • Ensure smooth technical setup: camera, microphone, screen sharing, etc.
  • Coordinate with product, technical, or operations teams when required.
  • Ensure all presentation materials are up-to-date and accurate.

5. Reporting & CRM Updates

  • Update CRM with lead status, meeting outcomes, and follow-up actions.
  • Track demo performance metrics (conversion ratio, attendance, feedback).
  • Submit weekly reports and activity summaries to management.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong confidence in video meetings and screen-sharing presentations.
  • Ability to simplify complex details for clients.
  • Effective objection-handling and listening skills.
  • Comfortable with Zoom/Google Meet/MS Teams, PPT, and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Background

  • 1–4 years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, online demos, or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in SaaS/tech/healthcare/services is an advantage.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
