Job Description

  • Manage assigned customers virtually via calls, video meetings, emails, and chat platforms

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

  • Build long-term relationships to improve customer retention and loyalty

  • Cross-sell and up-sell products such as banking, insurance, loans, or digital services

  • Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and service targets

  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in CRM systems

  • Conduct follow-ups and ensure timely closure of leads

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

  • 05 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or tele-relationship roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build rapport and trust over virtual channels

  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

  • Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in banking, fintech, NBFC, insurance, or e-commerce sectors

  • Prior experience as Relationship Manager, Tele-RM, or Customer Success Executive
