Job Description

Technical Support Engineer/Trainee Movate Technologies

We are hiring for Technical Voice Process role for English and Hindi.

Fresher Graduates we are looking for (2023-2025 passed out)

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality customer support via phone, email, chat and
social media
Assist customers in resolving technical issues
Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) by resolving customer issues
during the first contact
Maintain high customer satisfaction rate
Assist customers with RMA activities
Qualification:
Graduate

Technical skills: Should have basic knowledge on Operating System (Windows & Mac)

Should have basic knowledge on Mobile & Tablet Storage
Basic knowledge on Wireless Networking and Troubleshooting
Network related issues
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Exceptional Probing Skills
Should have Excellent English writing Skills
Good Comprehension, Listening and Communication skills

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Fresher's
Excellent communication skill is mandatory in English and Hindi
