Job Description

We are hiring for non-voice process.

Job Requirements:-

Education :

Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates both are eligible

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
Proficiency in any one regional language will be an added advantage :
Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or Gujarati
Ability to manage queries and resolve issues effectively
Positive attitude and customer- centric approach
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

Roles & Responsibilities- Customer Support (Voice Process)

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines.
Actively respond to customer needs, concerns, and feedback appropriately
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Salary - up to 2.75 LPA
