Key Responsibilities

Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
Provide monthly MIS, dashboards, and board packs.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization.
Oversee accounting controls, taxation, and compliance.
Support fundraising, valuations, and investor relations.
Advise management on growth, risk, and profitability.

Qualifications

CA / CPA / CFA or equivalent.
10+ years in financial leadership roles.
Strong expertise in compliance, reporting, and fundraising.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
