The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the overall financial management of CLiC Forum, ensuring transparency, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support our mission and growth. The CFO will play a key leadership role, working closely with the executive team, board, donors, and partners. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. Key responsibilities of a CFO for CLiC Forum (not-for-profit): Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting. Develop and monitor budgets to ensure resources are used effectively and align with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and donor requirements (such as CSR and FCRA). Manage grant and fundraising finances and ensure proper donor reporting and grant compliance. Provide financial insights and reports to the board and leadership for strategic decision-making. Implement internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard assets and prevent misuse. Lead and support the finance/accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial processes. Qualifications: CA, Degree in finance, accounting, or related field Proven experience in senior financial roles, ideally in the nonprofit sector Strong knowledge of Indian nonprofit regulations (CSR, FCRA, etc.) Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance Experience with grant management and donor reporting Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel Excellent communication and leadership skills High ethical standards and commitment to the organisation’s mission Salary: ₹40,000–₹80,000 per month (commensurate with experience and responsibilities) Apply: Anisha@clicforum.org
