Virtual Assistant – Sales & Client Success Support (India Remote)

We are looking for an Intermediate Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional sales and client success support. This remote position based in India will play a critical role in enhancing client relationships and driving sales efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in promptly managing client communications and inquiries. Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information and interactions. Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and client feedback every week. Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to ensure timely responses and resolution of issues. Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the company’s services. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assist in the development of sales strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials aimed at client engagement. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a virtual assistant or client support role, preferably in sales. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
