Project Manager (eCommerce, India Remote)

Snapscale is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our eCommerce team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects in the eCommerce sector and possessing strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage eCommerce projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and sales, to ensure project milestones are met. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the eCommerce sector. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
