We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant - Property Support!

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Listings Management
  • Build and update property listings across all online travel platforms and booking channels.
  • Ensure accuracy of property details, photos, pricing, and availability.
  • Onboarding New Properties
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hotels and properties.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and property owners to gather required information and assets.
  • Online Distribution Review
  • Regularly review property distribution across online platforms to ensure consistency and visibility.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing, availability, or content.
  • Payments Assistance
  • Support the process of taking payments for properties.
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately and securely.
  • Provide support in reconciling payments where required.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in the hospitality/tourism industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of online booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb) is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of English spelling and grammar (for listing creation).
  • Experience with online agents like (booking.com / Airbnb / etc would be favoured).
  • Experience with marketing would also be favoured.
