Role-specific

Functional Responsibilities:

Expertise in cell culture techniques like Revival, Maintenance, freezing of cell lines; and preparation of culture flasks and plates.
Expertise in Virology methods such as TCID50, Plaque forming assays and Molecular Virology.
Molecular and Cell based Method development and qualification, Validation.
Documentation/Compilation of data for routine work as per the regulatory norms.
Qualification, Operation and Maintenance of equipment's like Bio-safety cabinet, Chromatography, Incubator, Microscope, qPCR etc.
Hands on experience in molecular techniques like SDS PAGE, Agarose gel electrophoresis and qPCR
Knowledge on GLP and 21CFR Part 11-Compuerized system validation
Good communication skills and ability to lead team.
Experience of working in GLP/ GMP environment
Experience of QMS : SOP preparation, change controls, deviations , CAPA’s
Possess the knowledge and exposure to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices.
Follow Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
Attend training on Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS)
