About the Role

We need a full-stack video professional who can handle everything from cinematography to final delivery. You'll shoot, direct, and edit content that ships consistently across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

This is an early opportunity with real upside. You'll get competitive cash plus performance-based revenue share tied to content performance and channel growth.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute video shoots - from lighting and framing to audio and direction
• Operate camera equipment and manage on-location production
• Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong pacing and retention hooks
• Cut and adapt content into platform-optimized short-form videos
• Color grade, sound mix, and polish all video output to broadcast standard
• Create engaging visual narratives that hold attention and drive watch time
• Manage entire post-production pipeline from raw footage to published content
• Design compelling thumbnails with high CTR potential
• Organize and maintain media library and project files
• Track performance metrics and iterate based on what resonates
• Use AI tools to speed up editing, color grading, and workflow optimization
• Maintain consistent visual brand identity across all video content

What You Bring

• Track record shooting and editing for creators or brands with consistent output
• Strong cinematography skills - composition, lighting, camera operation
• Expertise in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Solid understanding of YouTube retention strategies and platform dynamics
• Color grading and audio mixing experience
• Knowledge of camera gear, lighting setups, and production equipment
• Thumbnail design skills with proven CTR improvement
• Experience with motion graphics and basic VFX (After Effects, Motion)
• Comfortable using AI tools for editing assistance (Descript, Runway, CapCut Pro)
• Ownership mindset, high standards, fast turnaround, and creative problem-solving

First 90 Days

• 8-12 high-quality long-form videos published on YouTube
• 90+ optimized short-form clips distributed across platforms
• Repeatable production system from shoot to publish in under 72 hours
• Measurable growth in watch time, retention rate, and subscriber count
