Videographer / Shooting Management

Key Responsibilities1. Video Production

• Shoot high-quality videos for school events, assemblies, celebrations, competitions, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
• Capture candid and planned footage as per requirements.
• Handle indoor and outdoor shoots with proper lighting and sound setup.

2. Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into professional videos suitable for social media, website, and marketing use.
• Add transitions, effects, background music, titles, and subtitles.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited videos.

3. Photography

• Take still photographs during events and daily school activities.
• Maintain quality and consistency in photos for brochures, newsletters, and school publications.

4. Equipment Management

• Manage video shooting equipment including cameras, lighting, microphones, tripods, gimbals, and storage devices.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safety of all equipment.
• Keep inventory records and report damages or repair needs.

5. Content Planning

• Coordinate with the school management, teachers, and marketing team to plan shoots.
• Develop creative ideas for video content such as reels, promotional videos, student activities, teacher interviews, etc.

6. Data Handling & Storage

• Organize and store raw footage and edited videos systematically.
• Maintain backup and ensure secure digital storage.

7. Social Media Support (If required)

• Provide optimized videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and the school website.
• Suggest creative trends and ideas for boosting engagement.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Proven experience in videography, filmmaking, or media production.
• Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma/degree in Film Making, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• Experience working in a school or educational institution (optional but preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
