Video Producer and Editor - Advert

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and organized Video Producer to conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video content for our real estate aggregator platform.
The ideal candidate understands both storytelling and marketing objectives — blending creativity with clear business impact across digital, social, and partner channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development & Storyboarding
• Develop video ideas that communicate brand value, property features, and market insights.
• Create storyboards and scripts for various formats — property tours, explainer videos, testimonials, digital ads, and interviews.
• Production Management
• Plan and manage video shoots end-to-end — from scheduling and location scouting to crew coordination and budgeting.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all content.
• Post-Production Supervision
• Oversee editing, sound design, color correction, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and agencies to meet timelines and creative expectations.
• Marketing & Digital Integration
• Work closely with marketing teams to align video content with campaign goals and SEO/social media requirements.
• Optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the brand website.
• Vendor & Talent Management
• Manage relationships with external production houses, freelancers, and influencers.
• Negotiate budgets, track costs, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline benchmarks.
• Performance Tracking
• Track viewership, engagement, and conversion metrics for each video.
• Use insights to refine storytelling and improve future campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
