Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct Video KYC verification for customers as per regulatory guidelines.
Validate customer identity and documents in real-time through video calls.
Ensure compliance with RBI and internal KYC policies.
Maintain accurate records of verification processes.
Provide customer support regarding KYC queries and troubleshooting issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in KYC/operations/customer service.
Strong communication skills (English & Hind) and presentation skills.
Knowledge of KYC regulations and banking/fintech processes preferred.
Ability to handle high-volume verification tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office.
