Branch:Deputy Branch Operations Head

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Branch Operations Head to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the BFSI sector, with a strong background in banking regulations and norms

• Process transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining high service standards
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Engage with customers to generate revenue by promoting and cross-selling retail banking and third-party products
• Manage relationships with mapped customers to increase the depth of existing relationships
• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the bank
• Direct daily operations like cash management, clearing, transfers, ECS/RTGS/NEFT, SB, CD, FDR, Deposits, account opening & customer service
• Control and monitor leakage of income, office accounts, and anti-money laundering
• Ensure compliance with banking rules, review vault registers, and manage overdue balances
• Review branch operations reports and track exceptional transactions
• Handle internal and external audit processes and attend audit queries immediately

• Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• Possess knowledge of banking regulations and norms
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of banking products and services
• Demonstrate good communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and the local language
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines is essential
• Exhibit good networking and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in using technology and software applications is required
