To enhance our digital outreach and connect more effectively with our audience, we are seeking a talented Video Influencer to lead our video content and online engagement strategy.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and highly engaging Video Influencer to be the digital face of our brand. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a deep understanding (or willingness to learn) of immigration processes, and a passion for creating impactful video content. You will be responsible for producing informative and engaging videos that explain immigration laws, policy updates, and our services across digital platforms. You will also play a key role in managing our social media presence and contributing to overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and present informative, engaging, and visually appealing video content related to immigration laws, visa processes, and service offerings.
• On-Camera Presentation: Be the on-screen representative of the organization—confident, professional, and relatable to our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Publish video content across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook; respond to comments, messages, and questions to build an active online community.
• Collaboration: Work closely with legal experts and marketing team to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor trends, feedback, and analytics to optimize content and grow our online reach.
• Brand Promotion: Support digital campaigns and marketing initiatives through strategic use of video and social storytelling.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a confident and personable on-camera presence.
• Experience in video creation, editing, and publishing (using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Proven ability to engage an online audience and grow social media followings.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, concise, and relatable manner.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
• Familiarity with immigration law or willingness to learn from internal experts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a content creator, video influencer, or digital marketer.
• Background or interest in immigration, legal services, or public policy.
• Multilingual communication skills (spoken or written) are a strong advantage.
